The care free interactive delivery solution !

 

1 – When ordering you have a choice of several delivery dates
> You will receive an SMS proposing 2 delivery dates each with a 3 hour time slot.
You reply by sms tapping « 1 » or « 2 ».

> You can also connect to “the recipient’s space”
to have access to a greater choice of delivery modes and dates making everything easier to mange.

> You must confirm your choice before 23.00.

 

2 – The delivery time is confirmed
> Dpd confirms the delivery time by SMS.

 

3 – A little reminder on D-day
> Dpd will send you a reminder sms on the morning of delivery day,
giving you a 1 hour delivery time slot.

 

4 – Ding ding … !!

> The delivery person will hand you your parcel for which you must sign.

The delivery is completed !

 

 

And if something comes up for you at the last minute ?
> No problem, Dpd will adapt !
You will be offered another mode of delivery in the recipient’s space at www.dpd.fr

You must confirm your new choice before 23.00 !
